Phuonganh “Anne” Salcedo
March 2025
Phuonganh “Anne” Salcedo became a member 10/05/2024 and since has worked at the Gwinnups Solar site and then at Pipesak. Anne’s hard work these last two projects has really shown what being a great laborer is all about. She is hardworking, on time, helpful and no matter what the tasks at hand is, she is there working in the middle of it.
David Vail
February 2025
David Vail initiated in January of 2014. He has been a very active member and is currently a Steward on a Michels Project in Austin, Tx. David is also currently the Sergeant of Arms for the Local.
O’Brennan Cushenberry
January 2025
Transferred into Local 350 in August 2024 and has worked for several directional drilling contractors. Mr. Cushenberry is currently a steward on Michels Trenchless project located near Cleveland, TX.
